My journey to fitness began at age 61 and now at age 70 my work as a Certified Personal Trainer focuses on helping older adults. My desire to is help others understand that age does not limit their physical and mental abilities to feel better and be more active in life. My studies specialize in functional training for adults 50 and above, corrective exercise and orthopedic exercise. Each individual has a unique set of learning skills and needs for me to provide maximal life benefits regardless of age. Barefoot Training, Pilates and Strength training are all in my realm of service.
